Come. Relax. Let Us Relieve Your Tension.

A unique blend of assisted yoga, passive stretching, and pressing massage movements, Thai massage is more energizing than other forms of massage.

It’s a bit like yoga without doing the work, as our Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) moves and stretches you in a sequence of postures on one of our soft Thai Massage specialty beds.

Our CMT uses rhythmic compression to reduce stress and improve flexibility and range of motion. Thai Massage can reduce muscle spasms and back pain and has been shown to be useful in treating balance problems and migraine symptoms.

$95 for 90-Minutes.  $65 for 1-Hour.

We offer same-room Couple’s Massage.

We can sometimes accommodate same-room massages for walk-in couples, but we encourage an appointment to ensure availability of a double room.

$90 for 30-Minutes.  $130 for 60-Minutes.  $180 for 90-Minutes.  Per Couple.

Intended to prevent, as well as treat, injuries, Sports Massage can improve flexibility and enhance athletic performance. Used by athletes of all abilities to prepare for, or recover from, athletic or sports events. Can relieve muscle pain/restricted range of motion. Can help with increased blood flow, increased range of motion, and increased flexibility. The strokes are generally faster than Swedish massage. May also include compression, pressure point therapy, friction, and joint mobilization.

 $65 for 60-Minutes.   $45 for 30-Minutes.

Hot Stone Massage uses warmed stones. Our CMT places heated, smooth stones on specific points on the body and holds the warm stones while giving the massage.

The stones are basalt (a volcanic rock that retains heat well). The warmth of the stones can be relaxing and can loosen tight muscles so that the therapist can reach areas of muscle tension quickly. Most commonly used in conjunction with one of the other types of massage.

$45 for 30-Minutes.  Included with 1-Hour (or longer) Table Massage.

Using lotion or oil, our CMT begins with broad general strokes and then transitions to specific strokes to address problem areas described by the client.

There are five basic strokes in Swedish Massage therapy: Effleurage (long smooth strokes), Petrissage (kneading, rolling, and lifting), friction (wringing or small circular movements), tapotement (percussion), and vibration (rocking and shaking movements).

Swedish massage provides full-body muscle relaxation, and it can be especially helpful when recovering from an injury.

$65 for 60-Minutes.  $45 for 30-Minutes.  $95 for 90-Minutes.

Our most popular!  Deep Tissue Massage is a focused, therapeutic massage that targets muscle adhesions (also known as “knots”) and specific problem areas in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using deliberate, slow strokes or friction across the grain of the muscle, the therapist addresses chronic tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or injuries.  While it’s true that the pressure of deep tissue is generally more intense than that of a Swedish massage, it shouldn’t have to be painful to be effective. If you’re experiencing pain, let your massage therapist know right away.  This type of massage is particularly beneficial for people with:

  • Chronic pain
  • Lingering injuries that cause limited mobility
  • Repetitive stress injuries such as tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Can be helpful in reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis.

$65 for 60-Minutes.  $45 for 30-Minutes.  $95 for 90-Minutes.

Our CMT uses finger pressure and techniques such as kneading and rubbing to promote relaxation and relief from sore, tired feet.

Foot Massage can be a deeply relaxing therapy, especially if you stand all day or have tired, achy feet.  You will be asked to remove your shoes and socks, but otherwise remain fully-clothed.

$35 for 30 mins

The owner’s favorite! Chair Massage focuses on manipulation of the soft tissues of the upper body, including the head, neck, back and the shoulders which are frequently a source of tension.

Chair massage is a style of seated massage (shorter than a table massage) and is done over clothes and doesn’t require any massage oil. You are seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle, looking down towards the floor, with supports for your arms. Your back and neck are relaxed, while our CMT

relieves muscle tension using massage techniques like kneading and compression and tapotement. Unlike sitting in an electronic massage chair, a 30-minute chair massage from one of our CMTs can provide greater relief and

healing, and the effects can be felt immediately.
