About our business

Here at Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy we provide:

Gentle, relaxing massages intended to soothe and calm overactive emotions resulting from tension and anxiety (Swedish Massage)

Muscle-loosening massages intended to relieve sore, aching muscles, connecting tissue and nerves (Deep Tissue, Thai-Style and Sports Massage).

Foot Massages that will make your tired, painful feet feel a whole lot better, and Chair Massages that allow our therapist to focus on Neck, Shoulders, and Upper Back.

Meet Our Staff

“Yaya” completed her massage therapist training at Victory Career College, Los Angeles, in May 2014.  In June 2014 she obtained her California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification – CMT certificate number 57647.

Yaya received superb reviews while working as a Massage Therapist in spas in Laguna Beach, Solana Beach, La Jolla and San Diego.

In October 2017 she opened Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy with her husband, Nash.

Yaya also graduated from Rajabhat Culinary School in Ubon-Ratchathani, Thailand, and is a certified chef.

Husband Nash is Co-Owner and Business Manager of Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy, LLC.

A US Navy veteran, he retired In September 2017 after 27 years in the Aerospace Industry and he and Yaya started this business enterprise.

A San Diego area native, Nash grew up in Alpine (about 35 miles inland) but has lived in many different places in the US and around the world including Iceland, Japan, Bahrain and Niger.

ChaCha is available on Saturdays and can fix your body. She occasionally stops in to work on others days. And we’re always delighted when she does.

Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy, LLC, (GTMT) respects our client’s privacy interests and is committed to honoring your preferences regarding the use of your personal information.

This privacy policy governs the way we collect and use your information both on- and offline, including at www.gaslampthaimassage.com and its subdomains, websites accessed through your mobile devices, our social media sites, and on-line payment applications (“Media”). We consider that your use of Media, or provision of personal information to Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this policy.

The Information We Collect

We collect and use the information you provide when you interact with us our office and through Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy Media. This information falls into two categories:

1. Personal information, which includes items such as your name and address, which you may provide when you make an appointment, make a payment, or fill out a GTMT Client Intake Form. Personal Information includes information GTMT staff may share in connection with performing massage therapy;

2. Non-Personal Information, which includes your IP address or website browsing patterns, which can be collected through technology.
Personal Information

In most cases, Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy Media can be accessed without registering or submitting any personal information. However, some Media sites require that you supply certain personal information, such as a verifiable email address, to register or to fully use the site.
You also may choose to log in, create an account or enhance your profile through a third-party authentication service (like Facebook or Twitter). By doing this, you are asking the authentication service to send us certain information from your profile, and you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use this information.
Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, the personal information you are asked to provide may include your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone and mobile phone numbers, and email addresses. GTMT does not store sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers or banking information.
GTMT will never share your personal or non-personal information with anyone. Ever.
Non-Personal Information

GTMT neither collects nor stores any non-personal information. However, such information is likely collected and stored by our Third-Party Service Providers such as Go Daddy, Square Inc, WordPress, and Runningfish.org. Information about the computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device you use to access Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy Media is frequently captured and stored by default. This typically includes information such as computer manufacturer, model, operating system, and IP addresses, geo-location information, unique device identifiers, and browser type.
Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy’s Media also uses several techniques, such as cookies, beacons and pixel tags, which when paired with internet analytics programs help to improve the efficiency of our Media platforms, and to help us understand how and when people are using and accessing our Media.
We respect browser-based “Do Not Track” signals.
How Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy, LLC, uses the Information Collected
Third Party Service Providers and Marketing/Commercial Vendors

Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy uses Square, Inc for credit card processing. We can view e-mail addresses for those clients who (a) Pay for services with a credit card, and (b) Have allowed, or failed to prevent, their credit card banking institution to include email address with other payment data. We briefly considered, then rejected, using these email addresses for follow-on emails with clients and for sending periodic business newsletters.
Children Under Thirteen Years of Age

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen years of age.
Data Security

GTMT is strongly committed to protecting all your information. To this end, GTMT has in place commercially reasonable physical, technical and administrative controls to protect the information. Constituent data is stored in secure Relational Database Management System (RDBM) systems on secure servers behind firewalls and ID Systems. No data can be accessed by unauthorized personnel whose authorization rights are reviewed regularly. Any transfer of data to and from GTMT is done via a combination of encryption and SFTP.
Changes to the Privacy Policy

Gaslamp Thai Massage Therapy, LLC, reserves the right to revise this privacy policy at any time and without notice. Check this site frequently for updates.

This site is intended for users in the United States. This policy shall be interpreted consistent with the laws of the United States and the laws of the California. Any dispute arising out of, in connection with, or related to this policy shall be brought in any federal or state court located in San Diego County, and the parties hereby waive any objection they may have to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
